Namaste friends!

I invite you on a journey to find your happy place (and maybe even a second home with some new like-minded friends)! My sweet little in-home studio creates the perfect environment for an intimate and powerful yoga experience. It is open to absolutely all of you! Mi casa su casa my beautiful friends.

I host a variety of class styles to suit a range of yogis. From beginner to advanced practitioner, no matter what your level of experience and/or knowledge of yoga is, I am excited to start a new journey together!

I began my yoga journey somewhere in the middle of a 14-year career in hairstyling. I have always loved helping others feel great. Although I loved what I did, I began to not feel so great myself. Finding yoga and learning about all aspects of the practice helped me tremendously. I became healthier both physically and mentally. This motivated me to make a shift in my career. As our family grew, so my dream to open this studio. Now here we are!

So…why Yoga with Jess B? I became a teacher so I could learn how to share this love with others. I want to help others feel great in a new kind of way. I truly believe through my own personal experience, that every time you step onto your mat you are better equipped to step into your life. I can’t wait to share this power with you! Incorporating meditation and breath work into my classes is integral to the practice. These are the tools you can easily take with you when you leave. My wish is to create a comfortable space where you can grow, learn, play and challenge yourself in yoga and in life.

Much Love, Jess Boken
